Woodrow Coggin 96, of Ardmore,TN died Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Ardmore Health Care, Ardmore, Tennessee.
Born Wednesday, April 02, 1919 in Ardmore, AL, he was the son of the late Evans Coggin and Delia Tillery Coggin.
He was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, rabbit hunting and flowers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife of 67 years, Alma Lewter Coggin.
He is survived by his 2 daughters, Shirley Glossup, Ardmore, AL, Sherry Sarver, Huntsville, AL, 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, Sister, Ila Solomon, Huntsville, AL.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL, at 4:00 PM with Dr. Ray Stonecypher officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
