Mr. Windle Edward Green of Arab, Alabama; passed away at his residence – August 18, 2021 at the age of 81 years.
Mr. Green was born on October 12, 1939 to the late Fred Green and Imogene Culver in Jefferson County and a lifelong member of the Brashier’s Chapel Community. He was a member of Eddy Baptist Church. Mr. Green spent his time working, fishing and gardening, he enjoyed the outdoors.
Mr. Green is survived by his loving wife of 20 years; Penny Cantrell, two sons; Russell Green and Justin Ervin, five daughters; Molly Green, Mel Collins (Carmentia), Kristi Green, Angela Green and Kemberly Ervin and sister; Nancy Hibbs and three grandchildren; Tiffany, A.J and Joshua, and one great grandchild; Jade. Mr. Green was proceeded in death by his parents and brother; Johnny Green.
A visitation will be held on Monday – August 21, 2021 at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
