Wilton Carson Mohler, age 89, of Huntsville, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019. He is preceded in preceded in death by his father, Richard Mohler and mother Mildred Mohler Smith; brothers Dan and Edwin, sister Patricia and son James Richard Mohler.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley, two sons, Patrick (Renee), Michael (Tonya), nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He was a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.
Wilton considered his children and his twenty-two years in the Army as his proudest achievements.
A celebration of his life, with military honors will be held on Monday, May 6th, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 8020 Whitesburg Drive.
