QUAD CITIES-The Wilson Dam lock is closed to barge and boating traffic for most of the next two months. The lock will be undergoing a major maintenance project that will last through June. Lock closure times are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The lock operates on a 24-hour schedule, so officials anticipate any buildup of vessels will be cleared during the night.
