Wilma Joyce Smith, 88, of Huntsville, passed away Friday. Mrs. Smith was an active member of University Baptist Church and the manager at AL Credit Union at UAH from 1971-1992. She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Smith; parents, Claude and Fleeta Mitchell; one sister; and two brothers.
Survivors include daughter, Sharon Burson (Walter); son, Steven Smith; grandchildren, John David Smith and Andrea Mika; and great-grandchildren, Christopher Smith and Caleb Smith.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 10th, at University Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Dr. Bobby Burt officiating. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
