Willie Mae Ogilvie Willie Mae Ogilvie, age 87, a resident of Columbia, passed away Friday, January 3, 2020 at her residence.

A memorial service for Mrs. Ogilvie will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 8 at Heritage Funeral Home with Christopher Norwood officiating. Inurnment will follow in Maury Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 Noon to service time at Heritage Funeral Home.

Born August 3, 1932 in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late John and Martha Estes Ingram and wife of the late Joe Willie Ogilvie. She was a housekeeper for several people in the Columbia area and was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. She loved to cook, talk on the phone and sitting on her front porch.

Mrs. Ogilvie is survived by her five loving daughters: Karen Richardson, Patricia Ogilvie and Faye Diggs, all of Columbia, Linda Cooper of Murfreesboro and Vanessa Ogilvie of Columbia; 5 grandchildren: Latasha (Corey) Morgan, Brianca Cooper, Joseph Jefferson, Adrienne Cooper and Ashley Gilbreath; 7 great grandchildren: Saviya Morgan, Mariah Jefferson, Aniyah Jefferson, Hunter Jefferson, Greyson Robinson, Ace Cooper and Ada Cooper; special niece: Emma Jo Davis; host of nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends: Leon Ogilvie, Phoebe McGing, Josie Dukes, Demetrius King and Donnita Alderson.

The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Gibran Naddy, Life Care Center of Columbia and Compassus Hospice.
