Willie Lee, age 78 of Cordova, passed away Monday January 11, 2021. He was a member of Sumiton Church of God. He gave his heart to the Lord in 1984, and lived his life for the Lord and his family. Two of the great loves in his life were barrel racing and dancing.
He was preceded in death by his grandson and best buddy, Christian Hollis; his parents, Teddy Lee and Rose Agnes Harrison; several brothers and sisters and his best friend, Jimmy Frasier.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Barbara Lee; children, Rene’ Brasfield (Jeff), Tiffany Conner (Billy) and Gilly Mullen (Kathy); grandchildren, Logan Brasfield (April), Annie Brasfield, Sydney Trotter (Jonah), Phoebe Stanley (Arthur), JoAnn Rickey (Richard), Selena Mullen and Anna Creasy; several great grandchildren; two brothers, Elijah Lee (Helen) and Henry Lee; many other relatives and a host of friends.
Graveside service and interment will be Friday January 15, 2021 at 2:00 pm at New Horizon Memorial Gardens in Dora. Rev. Lane Sargent and Pastor Victor Massey will officiate. Everyone is invited to attend the graveside service. Please adhere to current Covid-19 protocols.
