William “Willie” Elton Hendrix, age 74 of Hazel Green passed away Sept. 22, 2019.
He is survived by his wife Judy C. Hendrix; daughters Theresa Lakin (Russ), and Traci Hendrix (Stanley Owens); son James Hendrix (Lacy); two sisters Sandra Essary, and Kathryn Sharp; brother Freddy Sharp; twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister Virginia A. Deweese.
Mr. Hendrix was a native of Grenada, MS, and a resident of Madison County, since 1983. He retired SSGT 1st class with the U.S. Army with 21 years of service to his country.
The family will receive friends on Sat. Sept. 28, 2019, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home.
