William T. Watson, 79, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Wednesday.
He was preceded in death by father, Wannie Watson; mother, Elsie Watson; daughter, Kathy Watson; brothers, Henry Watson, and Walt Watson; sister, Jo Ann Berry.
Surviving are wife, Mae Watson; son, Steven (Laura) Watson; brother, James Watson; sisters, Clara Kirsopp, and Joyce (Bill) Smith; granddaughter, Sydney Kate Watson; grandson, Spencer Watson.
Visitation will be Friday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home, Saturday at 2:00 PM with Rev. Michael Carpenter officiating. Pallbearers will be Mark McDonald, Frank Kirsopp, Tom Kirsopp, Larry Cooper, Mike Berry and Doug Berry. Honorary Pallbearers will be Christopher Butler and Bill Smith.
Interment will be in the Gibson Cemetery.
