Mr. William Scott “Bill” Brackeen II, age 73, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016 in Jackson. He was born April 12, 1942 in Memphis to the late William Scott Brackeen and Jennie Maude Garner Brackeen. He was retired from advertising/broadcasting. Survivors include his wife Edith Brackeen; three sons, William Scott “Bill” Brackeen III (Margie), Kevin Brackeen (Julee), and Colin Brackeen (Tricia); two sisters, Margaret West and Sara Crabb (Bates); and nine grandchildren, Bennie, Connor, Luke, John, Simone, Estelle, Flynn, Emily, and Daniel. The family has chosen cremation. Pafford Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge of arrangements.
