William Ricky Johnson Jr., 36, of Tuscumbia went to be with our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.
Ricky was employed at Andy’s Wrecker Service.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Earline Woods and BL and June Johnson.
Ricky is survived include his daughter, Hayvn Johnson, age 7; parents, Ann Kent (Johnny) and Rick Johnson; siblings, Rodney Johnson (Tia), Dillon Kent, and Ericka Razo (Adrian); and nieces, a nephew, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Ricky was an amazing daddy who’s world was his daughter. He loved to take her fishing. He’d burn the tires on their truck waiting to hear their magical phrase “Go fast or go home!” as Hayvn was taught by him. He was a wonderful man who took pride in everything that his daughter did. Memories of talking, playing, and crafting she’ll never forget.
He was a great daddy, son, brother and friend that will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Seth Hood officiating.
