William Rainey Howard, 75, of Hartselle died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, at ECM, Florence. He was born Aug. 30, 1941, in Lauderdale County to William Lee Coy Howard and Louise Dotson Howard. He was retired from TVA. Graveside service will be Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016, at 3 p.m. At Bonnertown Cemetery, Bonnertown, Tennessee.
Survivors include one son, Adam Rainey Howard; one daughter, Morgan Suzanne Howard Stinson (Eric); three brothers, Jerry Howard, Roger Howard (Ann) and Gary Howard; three sisters, Cherie Wilbourn (Arnold), Marjorie Harlan (Jimmy) and Myra Sandlin (Frank); and one grandchild, Brady James Stinson. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Joyce F. White.
