Mr. William Melvin Phillips, age 76, of Scottsboro, passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Rosalie Cemetery with Rev. Phillip Webb officiating.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his daughters, Joyce Phillips and Cheryl Phillips; sons, William Phillips and James (Michele) Phillips; special friend, Dorothy Lindsay; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Eugene (Kathy) Phillips and Glen (Donna) Phillips; sister, Wanda (Milton) Joiner; and host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents, Robert and Alma Phillips; sisters, Margie Shankles, Rebecca Smith, Daris Wingo, and Erline Sargent; brothers, Milford Phillips and Franklin Phillips.
