William Marvin Sims, 67
A native of Guntersville Al. William Marvin Sims of East Lake died Friday April 25 th 2025 at Marshall
Medical Center South in Boaz, Al.
Marvin was born on March 15 th 1958 he was the Son of W.F “Dub” Sims and Nell Moore Sims.
Marvin was known for his laughter, jokes but most of all his kindness to everyone he encountered. He
enjoyed watching Nascar Racing, Alabama Football, and Western TV shows. He loved to Hunt and tell
stories of the good old days. He worked at Parker Hannifin in Boaz for many years where he found many
long life friends and family.
