Rev. William Madison Lee, age 93, of Tuscumbia, died Monday, March 16, 2015. Visitation will be Wednesday, 1-2 p.m. at Cliff Haven Church of God of Prophecy. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Jim Williams and Neal Wright officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
Rev. Lee was a native of Morgan County and served in the U. S. Army during WWII. He served as minister of God of Prophecy for sixty five years and was an ordained Bishop.
He is survived by his wife, Bessie Wooten Lee; daughter, Sherry L. Collins and husband Bobby; grandchildren, Julie Shook and husband Michael, Kenneth Collins; great-grandsons, Benjamin and Nic Shook and one great great grandson, Charlie Shook.
Pallbearers are Kenneth Collins, Michael Shook, Benjamin Shook, Nic Shook, Greg Sutton, and Donny Sutton.
Honorary Pallbearers are Albert Kelly, Tommy Holmes.
