William Lynn Bonds, 71 of Falkville, formerly of the Arab area passed away on Monday March 30, 2026. Lynn was born May 30, 1954, in Guntersville the son of Clarence Bonds and Tiny Carter Bonds. He was a veteran having served in the US Navy and was retired after a long career as a painter.
He is survived by his daughter: Jenny Ponder; brother: Leon Bonds; special friends: Jenny Roberson and her son, Terry Roberson; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Clarence Bonds; mother: Tiny Hyatt; step-father: Tilton Hyatt; sister: Judy Upton; brothers: Sonny Carter, Ed Bonds, Terry Bonds and Jimmy Bonds.
Funeral Service will be 3:30 p.m. Friday April 3, 2026, at Gober Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Sweet Home Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel directing.
Pallbearers: Pete Winn, Jeffery Narrell, Clay Narrell, Tharlon Gregory, Leroy Bonds and Johnny Kelley.
