William Leighton Healy, age 59 of Huntsville, passed away at his residence, Saturday surrounded by family. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed. William loved to cook for his family, share the word of God, and being outdoors with his family when his health permitted. He enjoyed his profession as a master auto mechanic.
Survivors include his loving wife Donna Healy; three sons, William Healy and wife Sarah, Jeremiah Healy and fiancé Alaina Hamaker, and Leighton Healy and wife Rebecca; daughter, Martelia Healy, his sisters Jessica Ellsworth and Jodie Wilson Sutter, grandson Joseph Connor Healy, and a host of extended family and friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends Thursday 6:00 until 8:00 pm. Bro. Healy will lie-in-state from 10:00 until 10:45 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 2110 Byrd Springs Rd. Funeral service will follow Friday at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
