William “Lance” Kilburn age 64 of Florence passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016. Visitation will be Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence from Noon till 2:00 P.M. Services at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel with Walter Cash officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
