William Lance Blackstock died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
