William L. Eaton age 76 of Athens, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Crestwood Hospital. Mr. Eaton was born June 14, 1938 in Limestone County, AL.
Services will be Friday, March 13, 2015 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Mike McLemore, Bro. Gerome Hilliard and Bro. Bob White officiating. Visitation will be Friday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
William was a member of Midway Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by his parents, Noel “Doodle” Eaton and Myrtle Eaton; three brothers, Curtis Eaton, Kenneth Eaton and O’Neal Eaton.
Survived by his wife, Janice Casteel Eaton; three sons, Greg Eaton and wife, Lisa, Mike Eaton and Eric Eaton and wife, Ginger; four grandchildren, Jerrica Eaton, Jordan Eaton, Hannah Eaton and Connor Eaton; two sisters, Magoline Gibson and husband, Richard and Vera Phinney and husband, Bob.
Pallbearers will be Tim Eaton, Troy Eaton, Brandon McLemore, Douglas Eaton, Leslie Bailey and Randy Bailey.
