William Kyle Brown, 40, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at his home. He was born in Iuka, MS and worked as a welder/machinist with Harp Enterprises. He was a graduate of Red Bay High School and received an associate degree from Bevill State. He was a member of New Union Missionary Baptist Church.
Services will be Thursday, August 7, 4 p.m. at New Union Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Tim Apt and Bro. Gerald Collum officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, August 7, 2-4 p.m. at New Union Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Halltown Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his grandmother, Judy Crappo Sullivan; mother, Jacqueline H. Brown; father, William Arthur Brown; brother, Austin Mackenzie Brown; great-uncle, John Horace Fowler and a host of cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Louise Brown, Halltown, AL, Jack and Mary Hawkins, Beaverton, AL and Paul Sullivan of New York and a brother, Cody Allen Brown of Halltown, AL.
Pallbearers will be Brian Self, Brent Collum, Chris Daily, Jarod Massey, Kenny Hamilton and Robert Ozbirn. Honorary pallbearers will be Bro. Richard Twilly, Bro. Gerald Collum, Glen Elrod and Terry Garrison.
