William Hubert Kelley, age 83, of Golconda, IL passed away January 22, 2021 at his home with his loved ones at his side.
William was born July 5, 1937 to the late Rufus Dotson and Fannie Lucille (Carlton) Kelley in Winchester, TN. He retired from the Labor’s Union. William was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elizabethtown. William enjoyed gardening, puttering, and tinkering. He always helped his friends and church. He loved his John Deere Tractor.
William is survived by his wife of 38 years, Frances (Stacey) Kelley; three daughters, Kathy Davidson, Kimberly Hoffman, Cherri Fiarito; son, William Fiarito; two brothers, Aubrey (Sue) Kelley, Wilson (Dorothy) Kelley; five grandchildren, Chris Cousineau, George Davidson, Jr., Christine Strauss, Sara Jo Hoffman, Alex Hoffman; six great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Ricky W. Kelley; sister, Carol Clark; son-in-law, George Davidson, Sr.
Funeral service will be 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Elizabethtown, IL. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. till time of service at the church. Bro. Ed Lafferty will conduct the service. Those attending the service are reminded to observe customarily accepted social distancing guidelines. The wearing of a face covering is strongly encouraged.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester, TN. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. till time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Owens Chapel Cemetery in Winchester, TN.
