William Howard Cox Jr., 74, died Monday, June 15, 2015. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Morrison Funeral Home, Florence/Central Heights. The graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Richardson Cemetery, Waterloo. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Richardson Cemetery fund in care of Waterloo Town Hall.
