William Herbert “Bill” Rickard, 83, of Athens, AL, passed away September 30, 2026, at his residence. He was a United States Navy Veteran and was retired from TVA as a Power System Dispatcher. Bill was a graduate of Rogers High School, a NASCAR fan, an avid Auburn football fan, loved to play golf, was a handyman, a tinkerer, and could fix anything.
