Funeral Services for Mr. William Edwin “Pete” Phillips, age 95 of Ashland, will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church in Ashland with Rev. Ben Rosser and Rev. Rusty Craig officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at the Clay County Memory Gardens. His visitation will take place from 12:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. at the church.
