William Edward Mize – Obituary

William Edward Mize of Pulaski passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016 while doing what he loved, successfully hunting ginseng in the woods. He was born in Pulaski on December 18, 1943 and was 72 years old.
He was a former owner of the Skyline Market and Motel, was a logger, loved hunting, fishing and trapping, music, singing and was a veteran of the National Guard.

Visitation will be on Monday, September 19th from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, September 20th at 5:00pm in the Chapel of the funeral home with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow in Giles Memory Gardens with full military honors.
Memorial Donations are suggested to the Salvation Army Service Unit, 425 Frank Street, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee 38464.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herchel Hugh and Anne Felker Mize and a brother, Jimmy Mize
He is survived by his wife Mickaela Mize of Pulaski.

Daughter, Amanda (Jeff) Gowan of Pulaski
Daughter, Kateri (Guy) Turner of Pulaski
Grandchildren, Trevor Mize, Kylar Mize, Cari Garner, Nicholas Gowan, Stephanie Keeton and Jamie Keeton.
Brothers, Johnny, Tommy and David Mize
Sisters, Judy Johnson, Dorothy Walls, Jewell Burns and Martha Browning.
Several nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends also survive.
Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for William Edward Mize.
