William Earlice Chandler, 71, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at his residence. He was born on August 1, 1954, in Sikeston, MO, to Earlice and Lula Faye Robbins Chandler. He was a member of Vina First Baptist Church. He worked as a truck driver for more than 40 years.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years Kathie Chandler; son, Ronnie Chandler (Renea); daughter, Sherri Peck (Justin); his mother, Lula Faye Chandler and three grandchildren, Corbin Triplett, Ethan and Autumn Chandler.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earlice Chandler and his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 28, at 11:00 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay, AL, with Bro. Mark Daniel officiating. Visitation will be Friday, February 27, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home. Burial will be at Ebenezer Cemetery under the direction of Deaton Funeral Home of Red Bay, AL.
Pallbearers will be Nathaniel Long, Michael Moomaw, Jim Mullins, Mark White, Michael White and Eddie Mitchell.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Ethan Chandler, Corbin Triplett and Alton Barksdale.
