William Earl Ratliff, age 81, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, February 02, 2014 at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from City of Lawrenceburg and a charter member of Charity Congregational Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William James and Ima Mae Sneed Ratliff; one son, Tony Dwayne Ratliff; and one great granddaughter, Emma Ratliff.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 05, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, February 06, 2014, with Willard Eldridge and Mike Lindsey officiating. Interment will follow at Mars Hill Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
