William Earl Davis, 76, of New Hope, passed away Saturday.
He was preceded in death by parents, Lacey and Cecil Davis; wives, Betty Childers Davis and Karen Wright Davis; sisters, Susie Bearden and Mildred Preston and brothers, Jimmy and Floyd Davis.
Surviving are son, William Earl Davis, Jr.; daughters, Marie (Mark) Childers and Serina Hardin, son, Shane Davis; six grandchildren, Skylar Childers, Benjamin (Amanda) Childers, Mason (Megan) Childers, Austin Pelzer, Mya (DaQuon) Godfrey, and Chloe Davis; five great grandchildren, Tristan, Sage and McKinley Childers, Damoni and Matthew Godfrey; sister, Linda McNabb and brothers Robert, Otha, Jerry, Luther, and John Davis.
Visitation will be Monday 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Monday at 11:00 am with Bro. Tim Harper officiating. Pallbearers will be Skylar Childers, Ben Childers, Austin Pelzer, Mason Childers, Tim Childers, and Brandon Childers.
Interment will be in Hayden Cemetery.
