Mr. William Dulane Pannell, 88, died Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at North MS Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, March 4, 2018 in the Okolona Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors. Visitation will be Sunday from 1 PM to service time only. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Faith Mausoleum at Lee Memorial Park. A full obituary will follow at a later time.
