William Dexter Gasaway

William Dexter Gasaway, 92, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at Sanctuary Hospice House. He was born March 25, 1932 to the late James Gasaway and the late Cora McKee Gasaway. He enjoyed playing his guitar and he loved to dancing in front of the ladies. He also enjoyed watching westerns on TV.
A memorial service with family to eulogize, will be at 2:00 pm on Friday August 23, 2024, with visitation time beginning at 1:00 pm all in the Senter Funeral Home chapel.
Survivors include his brothers: Gordon Gasaway and Gene Gasaway; sister, Helen (Robert) Maxwell; granddaughter and caretaker, Pam (Jeff) Pounders of Golden; great-grandsons: Anthony Ewing and Alex Ewing; great-granddaughter, Morgan (Chase) Thompson; host of nieces of nephews and several great, great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents; wife, Ella Mae Purtle Gasaway; son, Charles Gasaway; grandson, Brandon Gasaway; brothers: Louis and Alfred Gasaway
