William Dewayne “Bill” Beasley went to be with the Lord on Monday, Oct. 21, 2019, departing this life from the North MS Medical Center. He was 61. Born March 4, 1958 to Thomas Murray Beasley and Carol Froman, he was a lifelong resident of Northeast Mississippi and was the owner of the OK To Be Drug Free Co. He loved Ole Miss, fishing, golfing, playing pool, grilling, and spending time with his family. He was a member of the Open Door Baptist Church in Tupelo.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019 at the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors, who are honored to be serving their friends. Officiants will be Bro. Scotty Crawson and Bro. Ricky Sanderford. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to service time on Saturday only. Pallbearers will be Zack Collins, Joey Galarza, Bill Beasley, Jr., Derrick Young, Ricky Sanderford, Stoney Sanderford, Jimmy Beasley, and Tommy Beasley. Burial will be at Gilvo Cemetery in Mooreville, MS.

He is survived by his wife Cathy; his son Bill Beasley, Jr. (Tabitha); his daughters, Christy Hawkins (Chris), Chrissy Lewis (Carl), Tara Beasley, Kayla Potts (John), Ashley Beasley, Jessica Parker, Brittany Parker, and Angel Beasley (Zack); his brothers, Tommy Beasley (Faye), Jimmy Beasley (Chelsea), Ricky Sanderford (Amanda), and Stoney Sanderford; his best friend, Joey; 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and step-parents Nell Beasley and Richard Sanderford; and his twin infant sons.
