Funeral Mass for William Colgan Shaffer Sr., 73, will be Friday at noon at Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church with visitaiton one hour before the service. Burial will be July 16, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East, Birmingham. Ridout’s Brown-Service Funeral Home is directing.
