Funeral service for William Coleman “W.C.” “Bill” Terry, age 85, of Trinity, will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Parkway Funeral Home with Pastor Marty and Angela Baldwin officiating. Mr. Terry, who died Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at his residence was born July 6, 1937, in Alabama to Steven Terry and Mildred Terry. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Ann Parker Terry; son, William Todd “Bill” Terry; his parents; brother, Franklin Terry; and sister, Sandra Terry. Mr. Terry worked at the Gibson Guitar Factory, Amoco, and International Paper as an electrician. He was a generous man who helped others, and loved his family and friends. Mr. Terry was a member of the Army National Guard.
He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Terry (Bradley); one brother, Douglas Terry (Gail); four grandchildren, Leeann Engle (Danny), Trent Terry (Jessica), Cole Terry (Laura Leigh), and Courtney McCormick (Cody); six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Danny Engle, Trent Terry, Cody McCormick, Preston Engle, Austin Engle, and Bradson Terry.
