Funeral service for William Carl Patton, age 60, of Decatur, will be Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Shelton Funeral Home, with officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 3, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 pm at the chapel. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Patton , who died Sunday, October 30, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born January 11, 1956, to Thomas and Betty Gresham Patton.
He is survived his wife Denise Haupt Patton; sister Elizabeth Day (Jay) of Cullman; nephew John Day; niece Laura Day of Cullman.
Two cats Cara and Sammy.
Mr. Patton was a long time employee of Beltline Electric Motors.
