William Burl Skinner, age 80, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Pinellas County, FL, and retired from a Florida Orange Grove. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Franklin and Sally E. Champion Skinner; one sister Daisy Laverne Jackson; and one brother, John Martin Skinner.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Saturday, June 18, 2016 with Tim Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow at Bumpas Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
