William "Buddy" Warren Profile Photo A Celebration of Life Service for William (Buddy) Franklin Warren, 82 of Savannah, TN, will be Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens.  Bro. Bobby Capps will officiate the service.  Visitation will be Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 12:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East.  Buddy sadly left us on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.  He was born November 21, 1941 in Dell AR.  He came to Savannah in 1980 to work on the construction of the Pickwick Dam, as he was a member of the Union of Operating Engineers for nearly 40 years.  He leaves behind his loving wife of 62 years, Montill Warren, as well as two children, Lisa Johnson and Archie Warren.  He also leaves behind four grandchildren, Crystal Ivey (Heather), Aaron Ivey (Nikki), Molly Warren and Monica Warren (John Guyer) and two great-grandchildren, Kalvin Ivey and Maverik Ivey, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Katie Warren, as well as his older sister, Mary Bradford.  He was blessed to be raised in the farmlands of Northeast, AR with his many surviving siblings, Ruth Humble, Lois Uselton, Shirley Humble, Edith Chism (Danny), Dennis Warren, Thomas Warren (Diana), Merle Warren, Jimmy Warren, Ernest Warren (Sheila), Sybil Warren and Mark Warren (Dina).  In his retirement, Buddy’s Christian faith brought him much joy, as well as working in his garden and tinkering on his tractor.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.  Pallbearers will be Dewayne Uselton, Patrick Uselton, Greg O’Tinger, Philip O’Tinger, John Guyer and Aaron Ivey.  Magnolia Funeral home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. William (Buddy) Warren.
