William “Billy” Ross Jr., 87, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with burial at Franklin Memorial Gardens with military honors.
