Mr. William “Bill” Tapscott, 67, died Monday, November 6, 2017 at North MS Medical Center.
A funeral mass will be at 11 AM, Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017 at St. james Catholic Church in Tupelo, MS. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 PM to 7 PM Wednesday at the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Park.
