William “Bill” Meadows, 60, died October 13, 2015. Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel, with visitation from noon to 1:45 p.m. Burial will be in New Oakland Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Vickie Meadows.
