William “Bill” Franklin Brooks, 72, died Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, with burial in Jones Chapel Cemetery. He was the husband of Genell Brooks.
