William “Bill” Collins, passed away Thursday, February 7th, 2019 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife, Susan Connor Collins and sons Ryan (Virginia), Nicholas, granddaughter Taylor, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Oliver Davies and Dorothy Clark Collins and brother Dave. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, he spent the last 40 years of his career in Medical Practice Management, Nashville, TN before retiring in 2012. Bill spent most of his free time on the golf course enjoying countless rounds with family and friends. Friends will be received at Westhaven Golf Club on Sunday, February 17th from 4-7 PM with a celebration of life service beginning at 4:30. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The American Lung Association or The Sarah Cannon Research Institute.
