William “Bill” Carlisle, 89, died April 1, 2026. Visitation will be Saturday from 12 to 2 p.m. at Spry Memorial Chapel in Russellville. Funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Tharptown Cemetery.
