William “Bill” Alexander McClanahan, II,71, of Florence, passed away December 30, 2022. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church, the Dental Association of Alabama, and Auburn Alumni Association.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 07, 2023 from 12-2 p.m. with a Celebration of Life beginning at 2 p.m. at Highland Baptist Church, Florence. Officiating will be Rev. Chris Underwood.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, John Howard McClanahan, II, and Mary Evelyn Irons McClanahan.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Leopard McClanahan; son, Grant McClanahan and wife, Brianna; daughter, Angela McClanahan Barnes; brother, Tim McClanahan and wife Jonelle; and grandchildren, Charles Lakin Barnes, Madison Grace McClanahan, Lyla Elizabeth McClanahan, and Ian Joseph McClanahan.
Honorary pallbearers will be Grant McClanahan, Chip Rasch, Bill Hankins, Bob McKenzie, Roy Graves, Tim McClanahan, John McClanahan, Lakin Barnes, Ian McClanahan, and Jack Clement.
