 William Autry Dale, Jr. was born January 14, 1973, in Colbert County to the late William Autry Dale Sr., and the late Zennie B. Carter Dale. He confessed Christ at an early age and joined First Baptist Church, Leighton, Alabama.

William attended Colbert County High School. His work experience includes working in the 1996 Olympics Soccer Games in Birmingham, AL. He worked with Easter Seals and was presently employed at Long Lewis Ford, where he was beloved and considered reliable.

William was preceded in death by his parents: William Autry Dale, Sr., and Zennie B. Carter Dale.

William departed this life on May 30, 2024. He leaves to cherish his memory:

5 brothers: Romulus Dale Sr. (Chiquita), Vergil (Tamara) Dale, Chris Dale, Zaccheus (Tamela) Dale, and Adaila Dale. 3 uncles: Jack (Cardelia) Dale, Charles Dale, and George (Saundra) Carter. 4 aunts: Margaret (Oscar) McCulloch, Fannie (Willie) Freeman, Pearline (Ron) Talley, and Gail (Ted) Hairston. 11 nieces and nephews: Shontale (Kelsey) Whiteside, Tiara Dale, Romulus Dale, Jr., Taneisha Dale, Tamyra Dale, Kyler Dale, Layla Dale, Chloe Dale, Zaccheus Dale, Jr., Zavier Dale and Taliyah Dale. 8 great nieces and nephews. As well as a host of other family and friends.
