William Arlie “Bill” Prince, age 78, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at his residence. He was a native of Wayne County, TN, retired from Murray Inc., and a member of O K Baptist Church. Mr. Prince served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arlie Clarence and Lillian Clayton Prince; one son, Terry Prince; and two sisters, Edwinna Staggs and Faye Ray.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at O K Baptist Church at 1:00 PM Thursday, February 13, 2014, with David Gallaher, Ricky Nelson, and Byron Camp officiating. Mr. Prince will lie in state at the church from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at O K Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Lawrence County Humane Society.
