To Bill’s family and wife I am so sorry for your loss, may God bless you and give you strength during this time. My name is John O’Bryan and I started working with Bill in 1972 at Browns Ferry, then I worked with him again in 1978 at Bellefonte Nuclear plant until 1982 when I left TVA. Bill and I carpooled to Belfonte from Huntsville. I enjoyed working with Bill very much, we had a lot of fun working together and he taught me a lot about Nuclear Power. I think the last time I saw Bill was in 1993. Bill was a good man and he was a good friend of mine.
