Mr. Springer was a native of Lawrence County, Tenn, a United States Army veteran, retired from Murray, a retired Baptist minister and and was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Springer is survived by: 2 Sons – Barry Springer of Sevierville, Tenn and Terry Springer of Lawrenceburg, Tenn; 2 Daughters – Sherry Bivens and Cherri Clark both of Summertown, Tenn; 2 Brothers – Ernest Springer of Lawrenceburg, Tenn and Roy Springer of St Joseph, Tenn; 2 Sisters – Amanda Wallace of Waynesboro, Tenn and Lilly Perry of St Joseph, Tenn; 10 Grandchildren – Tiffany Bonee, Jessica Springer, Whit Bivens, Kaley Springer, Chad Clark, Lauren Bivens, Tanna Springer, Colt Springer, Blake Clark and Hunter Bivens; 3 Great Grandchildren – Briar bonee, Chase Bonee and Callie Bonee. Preceded in death by: Parents – Dumont and Mamie Phillips Springer; Brothers – Walter Springer and Jonas Springer; Grandson – Chase Bivens. Barry Selles and Howard Kitter will be officiating the funeral service. Burial will follow in Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.
