William A. Glover age 80 of Cordova, passed away Wednesday July 26, 2017. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Sumiton; he was a member of Maryland Masonic Lodge #783 in Sipsey and was retired from U.S. Pipe after 41 years.
Funeral services will be Saturday July 29, 2017 at 12:00 noon in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Andy Frazier will officiate. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Saturday from 10:30 am – 12 pm at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ertha Glover and his sister, Doris Andrews.
Survivors include his wife Barbara Mitchell Glover; son, Matt Glover (Dede); grandchildren, Asa Glover and Caroline Glover; sister, Helen Barrett (Ron); niece, Karen Barron and nephews, Mike Barret and Dennis Andrews.
