Mr. Willard Leon Roden, age 79, of Moulton passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial at Samaria Baptist Church. Visitation will be 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home Saturday. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Preceding him in death was his son, Daniel Roden; mother, Janeva Borden Roden; and father, Harris Roden.
Survivors include his wife Virginia Roden; daughters, Rita Culbert (David) of Guntersville, AL, Laura Jones (Mike) of Somerville, AL, Reginia Higginbotham (Amber) of Wichita Falls, TX, Donna Higginbotham of Baileyton, AL, and Stephanie Boden (Stanley); sons, Guy Higginbotham (Sue) of Moulton, AL and Darryl Roden; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
